Limitation of liability for internal content
The content of MTL's website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.
Pursuant to section 7, para. 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz), MTL's as service provider is liable for its own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 TMG, MTL as service provider is not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on MTL's website.
Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.
Limitation of liability for external links
MTL’s website might contain links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content.
In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to us.
As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will use our best endeavors to immediately remove the link in question.
PRIVACY POLICY
Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our company. The aim of this privacy policy is to explain under what circumstances we collect information about you, what kind of information this is, how and why we do this and what we do with the information. We recognize that when you provide us with personal information you’re trusting us to act in a responsible manner and we are committed to making sure we earn that trust. We will not sell any information we collect nor will we without your express consent enable third parties to access such data other than the service providers we use to securely store our data unless required by applicable law.

You can access the website of MindTheLeader (referred to hereafter also as “MTL” or “The Company”) without telling us who you are. We do not use cookies except for those used by Google Analytics (for details see below). We only know the name and location of your internet service provider (host name and server location), the website you have used to access our site and the pages on our site that you view. This information is not personal and is only used for statistical purposes. As an individual user you remain completely anonymous.

When you contact us via our website for purposes other than an application to one of our programs you will do this by clicking on an email address provided for this purpose on our website. A new email window will open in your email program. When sent the email will reach us like any other email sent to the relevant address. It will disclose to us only the sender email address and the further data which you choose to provide – just like in any other email you send. We will use the data you provide only to the extent required to process your enquiry. It will be deleted as soon as your query has been fully processed.
application data
You can submit your application to MindTheLeader programs by answering a questionnaire provided by the service provider Weblflow Inc., a Delaware Corporation. Providing the personal information requested on the questionnaire is voluntary. Your application and the personal information you provide will be accessed and processed by our employees who may be assigned to evaluate your application. During the process your information will be kept strictly separate from any other personal data. Data including all files will be stored in unencrypted form in our database, which however is password-protected. The data will only be used for processing your application and will not be shared with third parties other than data storage service providers (like Typeform or dropbox) without your express permission.If your application process terminates without you becoming a participant in one of our programs or otherwise retained by MTL for future programs, we will delete the corresponding data within the period stipulated by applicable law unless you expressly agree that we retain your information. If you are in the MTL database for potential future participants you can request to have your details removed at any time. According to German and European law you have the right to know which data pertaining to you MTL has stored. You also have the right to have any incorrect data revised or deleted. If you would like to make use of these or other rights, please contact us. You also have the right to opt-out of communications which you may receive, notably the MTL newsletter, at any time.
